We develop and manage projects in Turkey and Germany, and beyond this, we take part personally at several intentions. The core themes of our activity are the development, realization, participation and exploitation of commercial, residential, holiday and senior citizen adequate real estate projects, which up to now are very well placed in the European abroad.

We constitute a cross-country organization around real estates in Germany and Turkey in a close cooperation with our partner companies IDEE Projektentwicklungs- und Investitionsgesellschaft mbH (Project Development and Investment Ltd. Co.) and IDESAN Mimarlik, Mühendislik ve Insaat Dekorasyon Ltd. Sti. (Architecture, Engineering and Construction Decoration Ltd. Co.).
